Melinda Zhang has a Bachelor’s degree in Pre-school Education and has been working in private education for over 10 years. She is familiar with the characteristics of education for children in the early years. In her teaching, she has always adhered to the principle that “love and respect are the starting point of education”. She is wholeheartedly devoted to children, focusing on the characteristics of children and choosing teaching methods that are suitable for children according to their different characteristics. She has been honoured as a model teacher at the district level and her papers have been published in journals and won many awards. She works diligently and uses her own efforts and love to nurture the future pillars of the school.
