Ally Chen, has 10 years of experience in international education teaching, English teaching and 6 years of IB teaching experience.

Ms. Chen has been a Training Officer and Visiting Officer of the IB for the Asia Pacific region since 2019, authorising IBPYP schools in the Asia Pacific region, as well as being responsible for training teachers and headmasters of IB schools. She was the Academic Manager of Early Years and Primary Schools at Dibang Education Group, responsible for the quality of teaching and learning of subjects and monitoring of curriculum implementation in kindergartens and primary schools.

With her excellent teaching skills and outstanding presentation skills, Ms. Chan won the “Star Teacher” award (three in the country) in the International Teacher Style Competition. She has also been an examiner for the Cambridge Junior English Examinations and has led students to achieve excellent results in English competitions at home and abroad, and has taken students to the Cambridge English Examinations with a 100% pass rate. She is familiar with different systems of the English curriculum and has a deep understanding of “personalised education” and “differentiated teaching”, sharing her experience and methods of teaching English with teachers from different countries and regions on various platforms.
