Sarah Mansfield - Head of Kindergarten

Sarah has over 14 years of experience in education, specializing in Early Years and Primary Education. She established a pre-school in 2009 and worked at St Mary’s and St Francis primary schools in West Wales.

As Deputy Headteacher, she obtained the NPQH qualification, enabling her to strategically develop schools. As both Acting and Substantive Headteacher, she led two primary schools, implementing pedagogical principles, enhancing engagement, and fostering a comprehensive well-being program.

Notably, Sarah was the Headteacher at Mary Immaculate Primary School in Pembrokeshire. Her school’s core focus is effective pedagogy, and she empowers staff to excel in diverse learning environments. Collaborating with parents and the community, they strive to provide high-quality education and unlock each individual’s potential. Leadership development is a priority at all levels, and pupil leadership fosters inclusivity and encourages advocacy for improvement within our school and community.

The child’s well-being, both physical and emotional, takes priority. Social skills like cooperation and communication are also emphasized. She supports teachers in creating engaging environments that encourage curiosity, creativity, and independent thinking. Sarah believes a child-centred approach is crucial for enhancing academic achievements and overall well-being.
