Matthew is from London, England and has been working in the education sector for over 11 years. A qualified Economics and English teacher he has worked in Educational Leadership as a Specialist Academic Leader for Dipont Education for the past 3 years where he was responsible for the quality assurance, support and training for English language provision for over 25 schools all over China. Matthew’s international teaching career has seen him teaching in the UK, France and for the last 9 years in China, in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai at leading schools. He has extensive experience in international education having taught in AP, IB and A-Level programs and holds a number of examining qualifications for Cambridge and IELTS.

Matthew graduated with a degree in Economics from the University of Nottingham, has a master’s degree in Education with a focus on how students learn in China and is currently completing a second masters degree in Applied Educational Leadership and Management with University College London.
