Mr. Rain Lei is currently pursuing an Ed.D in School Management and Leadership at Beijing Normal University. He hold a bachelor’s degree in English and a master’s degree in Foreign Languages and Applied Linguistics. His educational background has provided a strong foundation in language and linguistics, particularly in English, as well as expertise in educational management and leadership. He has also received professional training in college guidance from Georgetown University and completed the International Professional Qualification for School Leadership (IPQSL) at University College London.

Mr. Rain Lei has 17 years of teaching and school management experience, including over 10 years in international education. He is an IB Workshop Leader, School Visit Team Member, and eAssessment Examiner for the International Baccalaureate Organization (IB). He has successfully prepared students for international exams at a leading IB school in China. His students have been admitted to prestigious universities worldwide. As a pedagogical leader, he has implemented curriculum reforms recognized by the IB and presented at the IB Global Annual Conference.

He believes, the word “education” means to “bring out” or “lead forth”.
