Jade Jia has a Master’s degree in English translation and holds a Certificate in English 8. She joined our school in the second year of its establishment and has been working in the upper primary and lower secondary levels. She has been working in education and teaching for many years, promoting experiential, inquiry-based and joyful learning, paying attention to the psychological and personality development of each child, and is good at exploring the sparkle in each child, hoping that each child can become a self-driven learner.

She has worked in the Curriculum Research Department of Shanghai Education Group, responsible for organizing and participating in the group’s curriculum development, regular teacher training and the group’s annual cross-campus teacher training activities. She was also the Director of the Shanghai Intercultural Basic Education Research Centre, responsible for coordinating and organising the annual exchange activities on intercultural education in all districts and counties of Shanghai.
