Cecilia Wu graduated from Hangzhou Normal University and is well versed in dance education and music education.

In 2019, she became one of the founding teachers of Hangzhou Dipont School of Arts and Science, where she teaches music, drama and dance, and has been involved in several annual productions, including The Wizard of Oz and Little Shop of Horror.

She also serves as the school’s brigade counselor, secretary of the league branch and is also the head of the third grade.

She is also a lifelong learner and is certified by King’s College in the UK in school leadership training and by the global Positive Discipline parent instructor training, and has conducted a number of Positive Discipline workshops at school to teach parents about positive discipline. She believes that being a teacher is not just about imparting knowledge, but about loving, observing, motivating and respecting everyone, and having the patience and clarity of mind to use the right methods to teach children.
