Ms. Lee holds a degree in Early Childhood Education. She holds IB credentials and is a Jiangsu Education Bureau-approved Kindergarten Principal, bringing 30 years of leadership experience in independent kindergartens and K–12 international schools. From classroom teacher to principal, she has built deep expertise in bilingual education and whole-child development. Passionate about early years education, she is committed to creating a warm, joyful environment where every child feels seen and grows with confidence, and she values close collaboration with staff and families.
