About the Musical
Step into the majestic realm of Pride Rock, where King Mufasa reigns and guides his young son, Simba, on the path to becoming the new King of Pride Rock. Supported by his mother, Sarabi, his best friend Nala, the wise Rafiki, and the ever-loyal Zazu, all appears serene. Yet, the machinations of the malevolent lioness Scar, Mufasa’s sister, and a group of nefarious hyenas led by Shenzi, Banzai, and Ed threaten to overthrow the kingdom. Simba’s world is about to be upended as he navigates the circle of life, learns to be prepared, and discovers that the power to become king resides within him.
