上学期，我校学生在澳大利亚数学竞赛中喜获佳绩，充分展示了他们的数学才华，其中朱庆宁同学更是以满分的佳绩摘得最高奖项——Peter O’Halloran成就奖。

去年11月，我校学生参加了美国数学竞赛（AMC 8），与来自全国 1259 所国际学校和重点中学的 18352名学生同场竞技，取得了极为优异的成绩！

After the Australian Mathematics Competition our students went on to participate in the American Mathematics Competitions last year and won great prizes! Hao Jiang and Chenkai Hu were among the top 1% of the worldwide competitors. They won both the Distinction Honor Roll and High Distinction prizes. Qingning Zhu were among the top 5% of the worldwide competitors who also won the Honor Roll and Distinction prizes.

Our other 17 students took the prize in AMC8 as well! Congratulations to all our students on their brilliant work!

美国数学竞赛是全球最有影响力的青少年数学竞赛，包括AMC8、AMC10和AMC12，其中AMC8面向8年级以下的初中生和小学高年级学生开放。

本次竞赛，我校学生蒋浩和胡晨恺跻身全球前1%，夺得了全球卓越奖和中国赛区的一等奖；朱庆宁同学的成绩位列全球前5%，获得全球优秀奖及中国赛区一等奖。

小学同学的表现也极为亮眼：李佳轩、郑佳翼、徐阔、万思远、张煦明和赵子霖六位同学获得了小学组荣誉奖。除此之外，还有11位同学获得了中国赛区的奖项。

喜人成绩离不开我校丰富有趣的数学课堂息息相关。

在“Fun in Math”和数学周的活动中，教师以趣味活动激发学生对于数学兴趣；在数学延展课程中，教师们循循善诱，引导学生们大胆挑战数学难题，分享自己所想。
