Born and growing up in a family of teachers, Shann has more than ten years of Teaching, Research and Management experience at University and seven years of experience as an Executive Principal at K12 international schools. He joined us from Nord Anglia Bilingual School where he was the Head of Secondary School (G7-G12).

Shann is a principal certified by the Provincial Department of Education and holds a Master’s Degree in Foreign Linguistics and Applied Linguistics (Second Language Acquisition) from Normal University. With more than 19 years of experience in education, he has a deep understanding of the laws of education. Whilst working as Principal of Primary School, Principal of Middle School and Principal of Secondary School, Shann has made many constructive initiatives in Curriculum Development, Teaching Reform and Holistic School Management.
